In June of 2023, the Instituto Pedagogico Arubano was bestowed the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE). 
The main goals of the institution for acquiring this charter are threefold:
  1. Offer education that surpasses the boundaries of our island.
  2. Develop citizens in Aruba that can think globally and act local whilst becoming active members of a “glocal” community.
  3. Significantly, improve the quality of our island's knowledge circulation.
